The predecessor of our company was Gaoyu Activated White Clay Factory, a township enterprise founded in 1992, and was established in 2001 after restructuring. Now it has fixed assets of more than CNY 60 million. Our company has certificated to ISO9001 quality system, ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system. Our company is a member company of Sinopec, PetroChina and CNOOC "Three Agents" collaboration network; our company was rated as a high-tech enterprise in 2019. Our company covers an area of 26,000 square meters and a building area of 15,000 square meters. Now, our company annually produces more than 50,000 tons of granular clay, activated clay, petrochemical adsorbent (modified clay), petrochemical desulfurizer, montmorillonite desiccant, coating dustproof agent and drilling fluid materials. Our company attaches great importance to product quality and corporate reputation. When our company was established in early 1992, we worked closely with the Zhejiang Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources to produce KH series granular clay and HT series activated clay. KH series granular clay is made of activated clay as the main raw material and is scientifically formulated and chemically treated. It has a high specific surface area and good adsorption performance. It is widely used in the purification of aromatics in the petrochemical industry, and the refining of aviation kerosene. It is also used in the refining of lubricating oil, base oil, diesel oil and other oil products to remove residual olefins, gums, asphalt, basic nitrides and other impurities in the oil. HT series activated clay is made of bentonite as raw material and refined by acidification process. It has a larger specific surface area and more activated acid centers, so it has strong adsorption and catalytic capabilities. Industrially, it is often used in the decolorization and refining of various vegetable oils, animal oils and cosmetic raw material greases, the refining of mineral oils and the recycling of waste oils. It can be used for sewage treatment and toxic gas filtration when it is made into granules.

In 2013, we cooperated with East China University of Science and Technology to develop ROC type deolefin adsorbent (modified clay) and won the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award. This product uses a certain type of the molecular sieve as the basic active component of the adsorbent and adjusts acidity through chemical modification of the molecular sieve and metal support; it can remove olefins in the wide fraction of benzene-xylene through alkylation reaction and polymerization reaction catalysis. Compared with white clay refining and hydrofining, this product has the following characteristics:

1. existing equipment and process conditions for removing olefin from clay.

2. It has a long service life (four to five times that of granular clay), reduces labor intensity, and reduces the production cost and environmental impact caused by frequent replacement of clay and disposal of waste clay.

This product has stable performance, long service life, good deolefin effect, and can be widely used in various clay refining processes.
